These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auction Center LLC platform. By creating an account, browsing the catalogue, or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Auction Center LLC. They explain how accounts, bids, invoices, payments, title transfer, vehicle condition, and disputes are handled on our auction platform.
Where a specific lot lists additional conditions of sale, those lot-specific conditions apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the lot-specific condition controls only for that lot.
Please read this page before bidding. Auction purchases move quickly, and a submitted bid may create a binding purchase obligation.

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay invoices, or that we reasonably believe present a fraud risk.
On winning a lot, you receive an invoice for the hammer price plus any buyer premium, applicable taxes, shipping, documentation charges, and other listed fees. Payment is due in cleared funds within 48h unless the invoice states otherwise.
Payments must be made using the approved payment method shown on your invoice. We do not accept gift cards, cryptocurrency, anonymous transfers, or payment methods not specifically approved by our office.
Title transfers when payment clears in full and required documents are completed. Risk of loss may transfer at the time stated in the lot terms or invoice. Storage terms, pickup instructions, and delivery arrangements are provided after payment confirmation.
All lots are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults unless a written listing term states otherwise. Photographs, descriptions, and odometer readings are believed accurate but are provided for general information only.
We make no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, mileage, prior use, accident history, or future performance.
You must not:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one thousand U.S. dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of US, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in US, unless applicable law requires another forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where significant, communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
